I mounted up the '93 H-Car set up. What it has is a rail that mounts 8-sealed relays, and 2 bussed delphi 8position maxi-fuse holders. I'll probably only use 1 fuse holder. Plan is to run short 2ga from battery to input buss for fuses. Other end of each fuse will go to each relay high-power input. I'll mount a main ground for all the relay coil activation grounds, and other relay wires (high power out to load and coil activation input) will be coming in from the side. In order to wire it properly (without butt connectors) the folowing terminals & acc. are needed: Maxi-fuse terminals 800 Maxi-fuse Female 12065916 (8) (4-5.5mm wire(8ga)) 12110127 (8) (2.5-4mm wire(12ga)) Sealed relay base terminals: 280 Metri-pak tangless female sealed 12110853 (16) 12125409 (16) 280 Metri-pak cavity seal (to seal off the unues 5pth pin of some of the relays) 12010300 (10) 280 Metri-pak cable seal (color determines cable range) 12015323 (green) (for 18ga) 2.75mmwire (16) 12015193 (blue) (for 12ga) 4mmwire (16) And the Required tool to remove 280 metri-pak terminal. The one I have of yours now is a wide pick, good for 56,59 series and the 800 above. But it's way to big for the 280 series, I can't find which tool# is the right one to remove those. I didn't try that hard to get them out, they are tangless, so I'm not sure how their held in. The crimper is the same, so yours works for these too. These can all be bought from various places, but for some reason, they are not so cheap, they are running like $0.89/terminal, and $0.39/seal. The 800 are like over $1.00/piece.
